Conditions of Application
1. Power supply conditions: voltage fluctuation rate within ± 10%, frequency fluctuation rate within ± 5%, comprehensive voltage and frequency fluctuation rate within ± 10%, and frequency fluctuation rate not exceeding ± 5%.
2.Place of use: explosive gas zone 1 and zone 2.
3.Ambient temperature: -20~50℃
4.Ambient humidity: relative humidity below 90% (but cannot condense).
5.Altitude: below 1000m above sea level.
6.Transmission method: belt pulley transmission is forbidden.
7.Rotation direction: it can rotate in both directions. When the phase sequence of the power supply is consistent with the marking letter at the motor outlet end, it is clockwise rotation when facing the shaft extension end.
8.Starting method: full-voltage direct starting or Y-△ starting.
9.Painting: blue Munsell 5PB 3/8
10.Requirement: when installing couplings or pulleys, please use the shaft end tapping teeth to press and enter. It is prohibited to use external force to hit the shaft end for installation.
