Product Overview
The working principle of RHU thermal relay is that the current flowing into the thermal element generates heat, causing deformation of bimetallic plates with different expansion coefficients. When the deformation reaches a certain distance, the connecting rod is pushed to open the control circuit, making the contactor lose power and the main circuit open, thereby achieving overload protection of the motor.
As overload protection components for electric motors, the thermal relays have been widely used in production by virtue of their small size, simple structure, and low cost.
