TECO Partners Strive for a New Journey | TECO’s Spring Exchange Meeting for 2023 Was Successfully Held

“Seize the time to embark on a new journey”, with deep communication and joint vision for the future, the 2023 Spring Exchange Meeting of TECO was successfully held in the spacious and bright Wuxi·Millennium Hotel in warm March of spring! 

On February 28, TECO partners gathered together to actively transform, brainstorm and work together to overcome difficulties against the post-pandemic market situation, and work together to embark on a new journey!

The leaders of TECO delivering speeches include Fan Xin, General Manager of TECO and Chairman of Shanghai TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd., Wang Rongbang, Chairman of the mainland factory for motors and electronic control products, Xu Longchang, General Manager of TECO Taian Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lin Bin, Vice President of Shanghai TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd.

In the speeches, the leaders interpreted the global strategic plan, the latest business strategy, and new product development directions of the Group headquarters, but also emphasized again that we should uphold market-oriented transformation and innovation, take customer needs as the core for development, innovate and make breakthroughs, and collaborate with production and sales to satisfy customers and achieve stable and long-term development!

For future development, TECO will continue to uphold the “One-TECO” strategy, transform from single product sales to system solutions externally, and continuously integrate internal resources across units internally, and develop new industries such as electrification, power systems, energy storage, and carbon capture in response to national economic and industrial policies, energy transformation, and global blockization policies, and focus on new driving forces for growth!

Products, solutions, and services are the top priorities for enterprise development. We invited our partners to visit the newly-established Shanghai TECO MODSHOP factory, and shared the upgraded TECO new products and overall system solutions for energy conservation and carbon reduction with our partners. We also had face-to-face communication and exchange on delivery time, quality, and after-sales service processes, which will lay a solid foundation for our further development in the future!

The COVID-19 epidemic has exerted a significant impact on the overall market economy over the past three years. Faced with increasingly severe market tests, TECO partners have evaluated the situation, united and collaborated to seize the opportunity, and jointly won the fierce market battle with ease. In 2022, they have delivered excellent results for the overall marketing performance. Therefore, an important part of this spring exchange meeting is to give honorary awards to TECO partners that have worked together to expand the business!

The development of TECO cannot be separated from the strong support of its partners. Most of them are “old friends” that have been in the same boat with TECO for more than ten or even twenty to thirty years. They expressed their deep love and earnest hope for TECO, proposed the unique resources and advantages of TECO brand, and even hoped that TECO can uphold its original intention, deepen change through “process” driving, and maintain integrity for extraordinary development, so as to definitely make “TECO”---- a brand with a glorious 67 year history----shine even more brightly! 

Long as the journey is, we will reach our destination if we stay the course; difficult as the task is, we will get the job done if we keep working at it. The spring of 2023 is a new starting point, and TECO will work together with its partners to build a new blueprint for high-quality development and forge ahead on a new journey together!
